I made an appointment for 4 people a month in advance and when we arrived, the staff told us they did not put us in the system so we could not get our massages and facials. They did not care that they messed up on their part and dismissed me and my family... pretty much told us too bad.
I explained that we took off from work.. and drove about an hour to get there and they still did not care.
Wonderful experience! The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The massage therapist Maria was great! She worked out all my stress and left me rejuvenated. You could tell she was a seasoned therapist. I highly recommend this Spa for its quality staff!!
They told us to just schedule another appointment despite the mistake on THEIR end. So disappointed on their customer service.
My husband and children gifted me a 1 hour Full Body Massage and a Hot Towel Foot massage. It was absolutely amazing. Samantha and the rest of the staff were so friendly and professional. Dana did an awesome job with my massage. I will definitely be back. Thank you Dana!
