My couch was delivered and poorly put together. I sat down and the arm rest fell completely off! This was my first interaction with the couch! I then saw this huge hole where the screw was supposed to be in. When I called the store multiple times no one answered. I finally spoke to a man who said he would send someone over to fix it on either Thursday or Friday. But when Thursday came around I saw no one. I called and spoke to a woman who told me that all I had to do was screw it in. I told her I didn't pay $1200 in full to have to fix a broken couch myself. I told her I didn't go to school to put furniture together and as a registered nurse I had no knowledge of this kind of work. She finally said she would send someone over on Friday. The furniture appears to be beautiful from far away but the closer you get to it you can tell that it is of poor quality. I regret not trusting my instincts and buying my couch from Raymour and Flannigan who move never had a problem with. I will never shop at this furniture store again
the table top started to bubble and crack a few weeks after I purchased it. the company never made good on its promises to replace my table. and every time I look at my table which I purchased with 4 chairs for a total of $900. I feel horrible. I do not recommend shopping at this store unless they replace my table. it was poorly manufactured. but designed to appear like high quality. but basically garbage being sold as good.
the salesperson was professional and polite. the furniture was delivered promptly. good delivery people.
