Took awhile to get our rental truck, purchased boxes fell apart and I slipped and fell from the bed of the uhaul to the street on my behind. My behind still hurts a week later. They ought to have non slip tape stripes on the steps.

Extremely unaorganized with a disgust for customer service. It took an hour for what should have taken 5 minutes, and still they treated us with disrespect. U-Haul should change the management at this location.
Horrible place.. After I had reservations done to pick up the truck we get there and there was no trucks available.. Had to go pay some men to get the move done. Don't come here.
